Pros:
On the positive side, this course made great use of the terrain and managed to squeeze a wide variety of shots into just nine holes. There are tight tunnels, medium woods, and wide open shots, there is good elevation change. The concrete tee pads are tiny, but at least there are tee pads and arrows, which make the course easy to navigate even for a first timer. The baskets are sturdy and easy to locate. If the course were on it's own property, I'd rate it highly for a nine hole course, BUT...
Cons:
The course winds through a multi-use area with little regard for the surroundings. There are shots that go over ball fields, over walking paths and bike paths, and over a beach. There are blind shots with the landing zone in recreational areas. The drive for hole 7 goes over the top of the hole 3 green. There is a public bathroom near one fairway that has disc dents in the walls. I had to knock points off my rating because of the safety issues.
Other Thoughts:
I was lucky enough to play the course on a drizzly weekday and the place was nearly empty, so I actually had a really enjoyable round. But on a busy summer day, I would have serious safety concerns. Unless people are really careful, or the course is redesigned, someone is likely to get hurt.
