Pros:

Technical layout all around.
Super challenging tight fairways leading to tricky greens that have dire consequences.
Has A "remote" feel, and lot of privacy.
If this course is too wooded and tick infested, there's another 18 hole course on the bottom that's more friendly

Cons:

Lack of navigation, If I didn't have a guide, id been lost! could use lots of signs.
Needs more yearly maintenance...

Other Thoughts:

Could use an update, and more holes!
