Pros:

Great layout. Nice mix of open and wooded holes. Baskets and tee pads were in good shape. Loved it!!

Cons:

Very hilly. Most holes are short for beginners, but not RHBH friendly. Lot of trouble on the left of most holes.

Other Thoughts:

Water was only present on 18. Can imagine the course plays even tougher when the drainage areas get full.

Pros:

**************
as of spring 2011- all the T-pads were replaced and repaired- i'll leave my "cons" comment below just to demonstrate how great of an improvement it is- the t pads are real sturdy and grippy rubber mats-
**************
-free
-quality baskets, installed well and in good shape
-a lot of open space, lets you see if you can really throw over 300 ft (though only 19 is a true par 4 IMO)
-never really crowded
-parking
-OB rules clearly stated on T-signs

Cons:

-the Tee Pads really need to be concrete, i'm not sure why they don't just buy a load and fill up the boxes- they're practically worn down a solid 6 inches with huge divits -
-easy to lose discs if you're not much for looking through the woods or you don't pay attention to where your disc went
-hole 1 is an SUV parking lot for soccer moms after 5:15 on weekdays all spring/summer, but thins out for football season as the fields are further down
-possibility for ticks and poison ivy- though i've never had either and i've played the course over 50 times

Other Thoughts:

this is my home course so to speak, and i pretty much learned to play disc golf here- so i love it. i can understand how someone new might get a bit turned around looking for the baskets and tees. some more accurate "directional" signs and maps seem like they might add a nice touch and be helpful.

Great course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 28, 2009 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Two sets of tees for each hole. Mostly all wide open and challenging. A good variety of shots to 18 (blue tee) is especially satisfying when the pond is full of water.

Cons:

When kids sporting events are going on the parking can overflow blocking some of the baskets. A couple holes are right along the edge of the football field so you have to be careful during games. The only hole I curse everytime I am there is 17 (blue). It is on the edge of a steep hill that goes down to the left...you really need a strong anhyzer (if you are a righty) shot to stay out of the woods here that will hold the curve to stay out of the woods here.

Other Thoughts:

The changes in distance between the red and blue tees are pretty big. Red would be good if you are bringing beginners out but I don't think they'd offer much of a challenge to someone that had been playing for awhile.

Huck it out there!! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 19, 2008 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Wide open course for the most part that utilizes some hillside for pin placements. O.B. LONG O.B. SHORT. Roll away putts all make for fun, yet challenging course.(Especially if it's windy) Easy to find, just off I-95.

Cons:

Avoid the standing water. Natural teepads. Multiuse sports complex.

Other Thoughts:

Would make a great addition to any Eastern Mass. D G weekend.
