Pros:
-Nice mix of long/short holes as well as wooded/open holes
-Utilizes the grounds of Rainy River Community College nicely, employing the flat and grassy terrain surrounding the college as well as a few holes in the woods
-Designed to be a challenge for intermediate and beginner players
-Correct signage with distances, looks professional
-Intuitive course layout for the most part though holes are often separated by trees
-Alternate tees that offer different looks at each basket, each tee is designated for different experience levels according to the PDGA guidelines
Cons:
-Course is mostly flat with few elevation changes
-Course has a few water holes, some of which will pose problems for beginners, bring a floating driver or mid-range
-Course is buggy some months of the summer, whether it be mosquitoes or ticks, bring bug-spray
-Course can be excessively/overly wet at times, bring rubber boots
