Pros:
+easy access off of I-35
+has a couple of hills
+baskets catch well
+hardly any walking in between holes
+no insect problems

Cons:
-short and mostly devoid of trees, only two or three holes aren't bare
-dirt tees that turn muddy after rain
-swampy, muddy area at the bottom of the course will aggravate players who land there

Other Thoughts:
Hillsdale Freewill Baptist College is a cool place for this short little course. It's a great place for new players to take up the sport as it is very easy but not completely boring. Best played when school is not in session, as a few holes cross a main campus sidewalk. Right off of the interstate, so it's a prime location for course baggers.
