Little bit of Everything

Pros:

- Variety of hole design- 6 field, 6 lite woods, 6 fully wooded
- Good use of the available property
- Long enough to challenge but not too long for new players
- Tee boxes are clean and good size
- Nice lines on multiple holes.

Cons:

- compact and some holes at very close
- maintenance could be stronger
- weak finishing hole (main mando tree had to be removed which really hurt he design.
- multi use park, so pedestrians can be in way on some holes

Other Thoughts:

Rez Park is a very well designed community course. It is challenging enough with the variety of hole structures, but won't kill you if you are new to the game. Maintenance could be a little better to clean up some of the rough areas. Overall I think this is a very well designed community park course that with a little love and some minor tweaks could be on of the best in the area.
