Pros:
The course is well maintained and the fairways are usually freshly mowed. The baskets are top notch. The fee to park a car is about 3 bucks so it is a really cheap place to play a round. Plus the campground has other facilities which the fee gives you access to.
Cons:
Many of the holes are short and the course could be considered novice. That being said drives that go off the fairway are punishing and sometimes difficult to recover, so its not really all that beginner friendly.
Other Thoughts:
It's the only course in the area so where else are you going to go? Since it's so close to the 401 it's really easy to drop in for a quick 9.
