Pros:
Nice baskets. Mowed fairways. Decent layout without too many obstacles. Challenging holes with variety of distances. Elevation used very effectively. Very picturesque setting. Easy access to Oak Grove DGC in Fargo or Woodlawn DGC in Moorhead.
Cons:
Garbage all over the course from homeless people camping out. Course map on-site is hard to read. Missing tee boxes. No tee signs. Hole 2 has been moved even further right from map position. Wayfinding is difficult. Baskets have no hole number. Bugs can be an issue. Very tall grass on sides of fairways. Unusual number of holes.
Other Thoughts:
This course was clearly well-designed and could be an outstanding intermediate-level course, but has fallen into disrepair because most players go to Woodlawn, Oak Grove, or Iwen.

Pros:
-Right across the bridge from Oak Grove so you can play both in one trip
-Nice elevation changes for a Fargo-Moorhead course

Cons:
-Very primative course, lots of open dirt fields and brushy areas
-No signage which can make finding the next tee box hard at times
-Basket was missing on one hole, another frolfer told me that it had been stolen

Other Thoughts:
This course is still in the development stage. It only has 13 holes? Kind of a strange # but there is definitely room for a full 18 hole course here.
