RHFH has no tree in play and a possible skip ace opportunity. Otherwise a putter down the middle will slide up nicely under the basket.

I throw a ROC, using just a stand still delivery releasing with a slight hyzer and my line is just to the right of the tree.

If you have moderate power with your throws, use a putter on this hole. It's really close.
