WTF 2+ years drive by

Pros:

There are baskets in a field close to downtown. The baskets have arrows in the buckets pointing to the next tee pad marker.

Cons:

The baskets and tee pad markers are not numbered. No actual tee pad, just orange marker in ground. Zero obstacles.

Other Thoughts:

Why would you take the time to put in nice permanent baskets and not put tee pads in or number the holes?
