Pros:
Has tee posts that are easy to find even in tall grass
Has open fairways with most holes having changes in elevations - which will be fun to the casual player
Quiet - had whole course to myself on a Saturday afternoon
Free parking - but it's a walk to the first tee and from last basket
Cons:
Poorly maintained - grass was about 2 feet high on the day I played
Hole #10 basket needs to be repaired
Some natural tee pads are not flat
Has no tee signs
Needs next tee signs (had to consult the course map a few times)
No variety in pars - all par 3s
Other Thoughts:
This a short, fun 11 hole school course in Milledgeville that I played on a hot, sunny Saturday afternoon. The course is right across the street from Oak Hill Middle School where you can park. On the day I played, the grass was about 2 feet tall. I don't know if tall grass is a norm but other reviewers have noted that as well. Sadly, the elevation changes are about the only redeeming pro of this course. The course has potential to be great, but evidently not enough labor and expenses through the years have made that to be. This course might be worth bagging if you're in the area but check out the other nearby courses first if you're limited in time.
