A few blind challenging holes.
A few hard hyzer shots.
Good tee pads.
Good baskets.
Nice little park it's in.
Playground next door if you have kids with you.
Has signs at tee pad for length.

Small course
Short holes
The park is in a neighborhood with parking on the street and some baskets are close enough to the street parking that you might bite some nails on your drive.

Other Thoughts:
A course worth playing if you are in the area. I finished it in 30 min by myself.
