Don't let the downhill fool you. The disc still has to travel about 50-60 feet before the descent of the hill so I throw this hole as if it is flat.

Short: I throw (RHBH) my Echo Star Leopard with some annie slightly to the right of the basket, for my arm speed (speed 10, Pro SL: 300-325').

Long: (RHBH) my Pro SL or G-Star Wraith depending on my form.
