Pros:
Newly redesigned by John Houck, this is sure to be one of Iowa's premier courses for a long time. Touting seven par 4's and a par 5, this course is sure to challenge, even the most seasoned player. Tight fairways, difficult gaps elevation and sloped green on almost every hole provides trouble everywhere you turn. Hole 1 and hole 3 might be two of the best holes in all of Iowa disc golf.
Two different tee pads per hole, with one basket location so far provides challenges for all skill levels. The shorter red tees play around 6-10 strokes easier than the longer, blue pads. The bright pink Chainstar Pro baskets are perfect for the quality of the course.
Cons:
No "permanent" tee signs yet, but the temporary ones are very good. The flow of the course takes some getting used to, it's easy to get lost between hole 4 and 5. It's also very congested with tee pads on top of the hill, with pads for 14, 16, 18, and 13's basket all within 100' of each other. Although the par 3's are good technical shots, they leave something to be desired in between the monstrous par 4's and 5's on almost every other hole.
