Pros:
It's in a town park so there are no entry fees.
Paver tees
Signage is complete.
Grass is mowed weekly.
Bathrooms are always open and clean with water available.

Cons:
First couple holes run along a walking path so you will have to wait for a clearing for safety.
Kids summer camp sometimes spills over into hole 15-16.
Gates are only open seasonally so it will be a hike in the winter if you want to play here.
