Pros:
Recorded my first ace in my life on hole 3!
-Incredible Titan Baskets
-Front 9 are laid out well
-Some long holes and some shorter
-In the middle of a pecan orchard so the trees are very mature

Other Thoughts:
The designers did the best job they could with the land that they had.
Sherwood staff are some of the most welcoming people in the World so don't be afraid to ask for something should you need it.

A Well Manicured Pecan Groove 2+ years drive by

Pros:
The course is located in a scenic well manicured flat pecan grove. All of the trees are in evenly spaced rows and all of them are about the same age and size. The course designer did a good job of coming up with a versatile layout as this property will allow. The course is located away from other park activates and is in a peaceful location. Both the front and back nine begin and end near the parking lot.
Cons:
Navigation is little confusing in a couple of places.
Other Thoughts:
This course gives the Albany area two quality courses with two significantly different looks.
