Pros:
Eighteen designated tee locations and eighteen good baskets.
Many chances for aces.
Omnipresent birdy opportunities
Cons:
Flimsy tee signs did not always orient you towards basket.
Obstacles are as rare as snow leopards.
Elevation changes are as rare as dodo birds.
Other Thoughts:
With an average length of ~180', with 2/3rds of the holes being under 200', the basket will be within range of most any player from the tee.
With very few obstacles (an occasional tree to throw around) and the minimalist of elevation changes, the "lane" to the basket is, um, practically infinite.
Holes 1-13 play more-or-less in a counter-clockwise fashion around a defunct recreational area. Most-difficult hole #14, with a small tree early, some wires middle, and some small trees late, plays along the road, and the last four holes form a rectangle to the side of the MWR building, resulting in a bit of a walk back to the start.
As someones have said in the past, it is what it is.
