Pros:
Sinsheimer Park course starts between the baseball and softball fields. There is a kiosk there with a lost disc box and a little box with course maps, and amazingly so-there were actually maps inside. The course has smaller concrete tee pads and older Discatchers with a number on the band. There are no signs but plenty of benches and chairs. There's a sign at # 4 tee pad asking people to stay off this area in order to help this little shade tree survive.
# 1 plays about 280' to a basket which, surprise to me, was perched just about 6' in front of nasty little gorge complete with ditch. Luckily, I managed not to overthrow this basket.
The course is an average challenging rec course. It's mostly flat with just a little water to deal with.
Cons:
The grass was very thick and just tall enough to cover my disc every time. I couldn't believe how many times I walked in circles trying to locate one of my discs and it didn't matter what color I was searching for.
No signage.
On more than one time, I threw to the wrong basket.
Other Thoughts:
The course lacks the wow factor. It's OK. If has a nice personality which is guy talk for, she's not that attractive. There won't be a single hole that I'll remember about Sinsheimer DGC. The baseball stadium was pretty impressive, however.
