Pros:
- Very nice use of the land/elevation on the property
- Wide shot selection available on the majority of holes
- Some really fun par 4's and a true par 5 lets you rip some drives
- For the area it is very long and feels rewarding to play well
- A true blend of open & tightly wooded
Cons:
- Located on the campus of a High School, this course can be tricky to play holes 1 & 2 before 3:30pm
- This course is HARD. Not really a con, but be warned, the long tees are punishing and a -3 being a 1000 rated round is accurate in my opinion
- No tee pads yet, just wood-framed dirt
- I know par is just a number, but there are 4-5 holes that are impossible birdies. Playing smart is the key on this course
Other Thoughts:
As this course gets tracked down and tee pads are added it will be an elite course in northern mass/southern NH.
