Pros:

Scorecards and maps available near the first tee (and you'll need them during your first play through). It is also well maintained since you're playing through various athletic fields.

Cons:

Update 7/2011: Baskets are in horrible shape. At least 3 were unplayable due to the basket being completely broken. Many of the tee markers that were painted on paved areas have all but worn off making finding tees that much harder.

A majority of holes play *through* or very close to athletic fields (soccer, baseball, track, etc.) so if there is a game/practice going on, you will have to skip those holes. You literally have to throw through a soccer field. I had to skip two holes when I stopped to play the first time around.

Tees are tough to find your first play through (even with the map).

One other nitpick is that there are a bunch of holes that share the same basket (2/5, 6/12, 7/11). I'm guessing this is due to the space constraints.

Other Thoughts:

The course is fairly short and plays entirely in the open with very little in the way of elevation changes. There are a few longer holes to be found here but I'd still classify this is a recreational course. It might be better if they designed the course so there were 9 really good holes rather than trying to wedge 12 not so great ones in.

Given the current condition of the baskets, I would definitely not recommend stopping at this course. At its best it was an ok practice course but in its current state there is really little reason to drive here unless you're looking to pad your course count.
