Decent Beginner Course 2+ years

Pros:
Very well maintained fairways and growth.
Nice level concrete tee pads.
Allows for a variety of shots.
Great course for someone just learning the game or looking to learn a specific shot type.
Plays very quickly and without confusion.

Cons:
Construction in the area has large amounts of mud in and around a couple holes. Also, on the day I played, basket #9 had been removed to make way for a road through the old hole. Some of the baskets are beginning to rust and show signs of wear and tear. Very short course that doesn't give an experienced player the opportunity to open up and let loose on any throws.
Other Thoughts:
Overall, this was a very well maintained college course that would make for a great course for children or people just learning the game. There is very little chance of losing any discs, so throw with confidence.
