Tees are a 4x4 post in the ground, no pads.
Layout is terrible.
Hole 1 starts off next to a pavilion and you throw along and across a park drive.
Holes 2-5 basically play back and forth across the park. From the basket on hole #2, you move over about 30' and then play back to the #3 basket, which is about 30' away from the tee for #2. Repeat this process a couple more times for holes 4-5. Hole 6 changes things up a little bit, meaning you just have to walk farther to get to the tee. But then you play along a park drive that will have people walking, cars parked etc.
Hole 7 is again along the park drive, but on the other side of it. If there is people sitting at the picnic tables, or pavilions, holes 7-8 are basically unplayable.
Hole 9 is shorter and pretty much unobstructed though.

This could be a very nice course if the layout was redone. The city park has lots of area to work with, including a large wooded area and a sledding hill that would make for a nice long bomber shot from the top.
Just for a safety standpoint, the course should be redone. Keep a few of the holes that are in the main park area, but move the rest of them to the woods or the open area near the sledding hill. This would make a nice playable course. As it is now, I don't recommend travelling very far to play this course.
