Pros:
This is a nice little course that does a good job of working with the landscape it has to give some variation. All but the first hole are wooded but the rest still feel somewhat open. Trees on the hole don't usually become a problem until closer to the basket. Most holes can be easily birdie and so this is a good course for a beginner player.
Cons:
There is very little challenging in terms of distance as every hole only needs a mid-range off the tee. Some basket locations such as on Holes 2 and 5 can lead to roll-aways if you miss the putt so watch out for that. Although it is currently groomed well as it is still fairly new, I could foresee problems with erosion and overgrowth maintenance.
Other Thoughts:
Sunrise is a very good short course for a beginning player or a more experienced player looking to get a quick easy round in. I enjoyed the variation in hole design and didn't feel like I got bored of wooded holes.
