Pros:
It's New! Lots of elevation change up and down. #1 is slightly up hill several options to the basket. #2 is super long and narrow o.b grass on the left o.b. Road on the right, a row of trees all the way down on the right side also makes it even harder. #3 is shorter with o.b. Grass and a heavily guarded basket.#4 is kind of on a ridge and downhill, with telephone poles and guide wires to throw around.#5 you throw up a step hill. Harder than it looks #6 across a hillside to a hidden basket. Nice view of the spillway and river.Too much fade here can be bad news down the hill.#7another up hill shot.#8 slightly up hill with the basket hidden to the right behind trees.#9long downhill to the left. Restrooms on #5
Cons:
No pads yet. Can be hard to navigate without a map from the park office. Needs more trash cans. Another 9 with this beautiful landscape would be nice.better signs with par and distance information would also be nice.
Other Thoughts:
I will return, we had a lot of funwould give a better rating if there were level tee pads. But camping near by at the lake makes for a nice time. I hope they plan on adding another 9 there's plenty of room. Maybe a few trash cans also.overall I would recommend playing it and the course in Marquette 8-9 miles away. They would make for a great 18. This course is physically demanding lots of steep hills so wear good footwear.
