Tee signs on the Green tees, but show Red Tees that are marked well.
New DISCatcher baskets.
Clean fairways that are well defined.

This is a "private" HOA course but looks to be open to the public as long as you respect the course. The tee pads were pretty worn so the course is getting some play.
You park in the playground parking lot and walk across the street. The "entrance" to the course has a kiosk and an entry way. Green tee's have a sign showing the distance and a map of the hole. they do show the distance of the red tees too although most of the time the red tee is right behind the green tee.
This is a pitch and putt course, but has lots of tree's. The course is designed well and has defined fairways. After hole 4, you walk across the street and throw into an area with several large cedar tree's lining the fairways.
Would I play here again? Yes, I really enjoyed the course. You don't need a driver, just your midrange and putter. Fun little course to play in the shade.
