Pros:
It has baskets
It has tee signs
It has a kiosk with a course map (although the distances are not right)
Cons:
The course does not really have any obstacles
Long walk to hole 1 and specially from hole 9 basket back to the parking area
Other Thoughts:
Apparently an HOA course that I hope was not designed by a disc golfer.
Hole one actually has some elevation as you can't see the basket from the tee, however either the basket got moved, or they didn't put it in the right spot, the hole distance and layout didn't match the map.
On this is the one and only good hole on the course.
For the next 7 holes, you are teeing off the walkway for a hyzer shot to the basket, most of the holes are 250 to 300 ft with nothing between the tee and the basket.
Hole 9 is actually the 2nd best hole on the course and the only other hole I would consider a disc golf shot, longer at 325 or so foot, there is a row of tree's keeping you from throwing the big hyzer and if you play across the sidewalks OB, you have OB on both the left and the far right of the basket.
In general, this is NOT a course worth playing, hit Lake Arcadia, you will have a lot more fun on those two pitch and putt courses.
Would I play here again? Nope, even if I lived across the street, I might do some field work here, but would never go here to actually play a round. Leave this one to the neighborhood kids.
