Pros:
-Are you kidding? BEER LOL. And good food too!
-Ample parking, nice pond and lovely, modern bierhall.
(Can you tell the course isn't really the point here?)
-Has two tees per hole now, or at least 'tee areas'.
-Beginner and Intermediate friendly
-A couple fun shots here and there
Cons:
-New location is still mostly mowed down briars and logs.
-Flip flops, ankle socks and sandals not happening.
-Has that 'just one of our many available activities' vibe.
Other Thoughts:
This course used to be further up the hill by the bakery. While it is inevitably meant to be by the bierhall, the land itself was better up top. Down below the land is basically briars and unbeaten in woods at this point. But that should improve so stay tuned.
Although the pads aren't much, the short holes and casual vibe don't make that too big a deal. It is hard to believe anyone will miss the point of this course, which is to bag a quick practice or social round and get back up to the bar and order more food n suds.
