Pros:

Beautiful setting. Free to play, Seems that there are continual improvements.

Cons:

Lacks diversity in my opinion. Kind of easy for the most part because most holes are either short or wide open. A few holes are in dense woods and difficult. It just seems like there wasn't great design done when laying this course out. Trash is an issue.

Pros:

The course has a decent mix of elevation change and open/wooded holes. Real potential to be a great course but needs further development.

Cons:

Tees are not developed, flat or large enough. Some wooded holes lack true fairways making the luck/skill ratio lean too much towards luck.

Other Thoughts:

Although the course is new this Dam course has a great deal of potential. Great tournament and I would certainly look forward to playing there again. All the cons are fixable.
