Cons:
Short, long "armers" will be disappointed
Must play through/over/around a playground and benches or take your chances over the water.
Must maneuver around a bathhouse to get to the #9 target

Other Thoughts:
I thought this course was a great little course. If you are teaching young children this is a great place to go. Park on the south side of the park by the bathroom at the south end of the lake.
