Pros:

It's a fun course nice and flat it was cool with a nice breeze. Pretty straightforward until after hole 15.

Cons:

It seems that construction of a new playing field has destroyed holes 16 17 18 which is kind of a bummer guess I'll go down to Mount Shasta and play. Mount Shasta, a small course near a football field was pretty bad, fun holes, just impossible to navigate.
