Pros:

Has a little bit of everything. There are long holes, short holes, open holes, wooded holes, uphill shots, downhill shots, lefty shots, and righty shots. Very balanced. Bring all your shots and know how to play in the wind.

Cons:

Some very rugged, rocky terrain on several holes can be murder on less-than-premium plastic. Can be BRUTALLY hot in the summer months.
