Pros:

Flat, multiple pin locations, can see huge skips off of the razor sharp grass. 2-3 holes carry over water, but still just hyzer throws.

Cons:

1) Highly repetitive course. You can reasonably play the course with less than 5 discs. Almost every shot is a hyzer with one tree to go around. Almost every shot.

2) The similarity of holes and layout of the course can be confusing when trying to find the basket from the tee. Theres 3-5 pin locations for each hole and the tee signs aren't accurate enough to know which location your throwing to, so your never sure of distance. Worse, some pin locations from multiple holes are close together and from the tee pad you don't know which pin you're throwing at and just have to guess. The course is fairly sparse and monochromatic (sorry Arizona) which adds to the difficulty of deciphering certain pin locations.

3) Not a challenging course at all. Just throw long drives and make a putt. If you can't throw 380+ this is basically field practice for 70 ft. upshots and drop in putts.

4) Park course with a lot of foot traffic, bikers, kids, dogs all over the course. Lots of waiting for slow groups. Basically, anyone on the sidewalks going through the park is in danger of an errant throw.

5) Almost no shade, and it can get really hot in Arizona.

6) Certain OB areas are off limits and you cant get your disc back even if it's 5 ft. behind a fence.

7) Maybe 2 protected greens, only with water as a backdrop.

8) Lots of double back walking from greens to tee pads. I've had to wait on the tee pad while another group putts out from the next hole as the fairway and greens are often close without rough or tree separations.

9) Nothing unique about this course. No signature hole. Not a pretty course either, it's usually very yellow and urban. Maybe that could be called a distinct look, but in a way the course feels boxed in despite its length.

Other Thoughts:

I was disappointed with this course. I play in the midwest with shorter holes, tighter fairways and more obstacles and got bored every time I played here. There are a few trees in the way of certain shots, but if you can throw around them with distance they aren't an issue.

If you can't throw 400+ ft then this is sort of a meaningless course as there's nothing you can do to improve your score other than sink really long putts.

It's also hard to play during the summer months. The wind can be nice but there's very little shade and the heat and length of the course really take their toll on players.

I know some people really like these kinds of courses but this one wasn't for me. If you're in Arizona, it's not too hot out, you have 2 hours at least and you don't want a reasonable challenge give this one a try.

Spinners on the Green is the pro shop just off the course and they are worth checking out. Great selection of discs, good lost disc return policy and consistent league nights. There's also an open patio bar / restaurant off hole 13 which is a good stop if your playing with friends or need to cool off.
