Pros:

The park itself is large with a little bit of variety in elevation and a moderate amount of trees. Holes, when you can find the right tees, offer a nice variety of play using the trees, different elevations, blind shots, and different distances.

Dual tees give the course more playability, i suppose.

Cons:

Signage! There is a "course map" in one corner of the park, some of the tee pads have numbers on them, there are a few signs and all of them are graffiti covered. The map indicates to start at one place, local players say another place and some of the tee pads are marked but usually hard to read. Dual tee pads just seem to confuse game play.

Also, the tee pads themselves seem undersized, especially compared to other parks in the area.

Other Thoughts:

This park could be very nice if they would clean it up a bit, replace and create all new signs and perhaps break up half the tee pads and leave the park as a decent sized 9 hole course. It has a lot of potential, but needs some work.

The negative reviews can paint a terrible picture of the course, unfortunately they are generally accurate, but the course is still worth at least one play.
