This park has needed a course for years. Someone was trying hard to to put in a good course, but the location in the park could have better, it's completely flat.

Has long concrete tee pads. This is be very useful in the wetter months of the year.

Several of the fairways cross paved walking paths. This is not good. In the summer there are many families walking these paths and many bicyclist flying down the path that you can't see until after you have thrown your disc.

For a new course the length of some holes seem a bit long. They don't fit with the rest of the course. Course need multiple pins on the long holes.

The basket chains don't react very well. The chains seem heavy. The s-hooks at the top are to tight and don't swing, they get stuck when pushed in.

I don't see any gravel base under the tee pads. How much prep went into the tee pad install? This could cause problems in the future.
