Pros:
Beautiful views, and good terrain for a course. Mach X baskets are solid. Mix of open and wooded holes. Navigation was pretty easy with arrows installed around the course.
Cons:
Loose gravel pads are not great, I think worse than natural ground would be. Almost feels like two separate 9 hole courses with a long walk separating front and back (and back to the parking area). In addition to the front and back being separated by a long walk, they have a very different difficulty level. Front is mostly putter to mid range shots, but once you hit the back a switch is flipped and nearly every shot is a full distance drive.
Other Thoughts:
A few curious par 4s, as they aren't really two shot holes, but also aren't one shot holes, classic par 3 and a half. The dinosaurs are cool, but seem very out of place without any context as to why they are at a winery. I think real tees and a few tweaks to the par 4s would bump this up to a 3.0 review.
