Decent course on high school campus 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 20, 2018 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

-- Baskets are new and in good shape.
-- Makes good use of the available land and features, including trees and the creek.
-- Variation in distances.

Cons:

-- No tee signs or map, but the course is new, so hopefully those are on the way.
-- We never found the tee for No. 6. Tees are an orange line painted on the ground with two small posts in the ground at each end. We saw the course designer after playing No. 6 in the second round, and he said the tee is near the bench.
-- There are some long walks between holes.
-- No. 7 is a long hole (more than 400 feet) across an open field. There are no obstacles.

Other Thoughts:

-- I wouldn't go out of my way to play here, but if I lived nearby (or went to the school), I would be thrilled.
-- There is construction going on, and the designer is changing some tees.
-- Park in Lot C. No. 1 is across the road from there and tees from near the walking bridge. Nos. 2-3 continue along the wall/road. Go left across the creek for No. 4. Nos. 5-6 are on opposite sides of the field house. No. 7 requires a walk toward and along the road to an open practice field to the north. No. 8 plays along the new creek/ditch being built. No. 9 tees from the field that houses hole 7.

Nice high school course 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 28, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

Nice new baskets with several holes having alternate tee placements

Cons:

No tee signs, nothing marking the tees at all. Without a UDisc app, don't bother trying to figure this one out.

Other Thoughts:

This is a nice high school course behind the school going along the creek.

Hole one is the signature hole, nice tree lined hole with a little distance.

Follow along the wall to 2, nice short turn over shot up a slight hill around some tree's.

#3 throws along a flood water dam, stick your drive or be down the hill.

#4 take the path across the creek, throws over the practice field, basket was in the long position near the pond.

#5 and #6 play next to the field house. #5 has a marked mando, don't throw over the courts, it is a straight or big turnover shot.

Then walk around to the other side of the field house for #6 that was in the shorts, nice straight ace run. The long pin is near the parking lot.

For hole 7, you walk across the creek and way to the right where another practice field is. It was in the long position today making this the longest hole on the course. Wide open with the creek on your right.

Hole 8, according to the UDisc app, his is a blocked fairway, you go over the trees, or to the left, then right, then left down a narrow fairway. Now if you walk past this spot down the gravel road, there is a good spot for a nice right to left shot over the small tree's.

Then back across the creek to where you tee's off for #7 to throw across the creek to an open area. The large tree block wide hyzers, this is a straight to turnover shot for right handed players.

Would I play here again? Well, it is not the best course around, there are many options close by. However, as far as if I lived in this area or went to this school, I would play here often. It does have a nice mix of holes. Some short ones to work on accuracy and longer holes to really boom your drives.
