Pros:

Cut fairways
Beautiful views
Gazebos for resting
Good variety of distances and tree coverage
Rarely played by others or visited by park goers

Cons:

Grass can be somewhat tall in the rough

Other Thoughts:

Harbin Park is one of my all time favorite courses. A short drive from Dayton or Cincinnati, this course has everything an amateur ranked player like myself would enjoy. Plenty of ace opportunities, elevation changes, cut fairways, little traffic and beautiful views up and down Mt Healthy make for a very enjoyable, yet playable course. If you have the chance, go play Harbin!
