Ground is dry, and grass is in good shape.
The park was built in the early 1990s and located on ~23 acres with baseball fields, walking path and fishing pond. Concrete tee pads have been installed as well as signs, but 5-6 of them didn't make it a year. Very solid use of trees and more than a few mandos.

Winchester Park is located ¾ of a mile south of Hwy 31 on Highway 315. Big parking lot next to the water tower. Use the southern most entrance to the park for parking near Hole 1. You'll see Hole 1 basket on your left as soon as your turn into the park.
