Beautiful, well marked, fairly easy course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 3, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

Very well marked. Nice benches. Beautiful wooded setting. Corrugated concrete tee-pads (good in icy conditions). Forgiving pars. Easy to find the next hole.

Cons:

Maybe a bit too easy for an intermediate player like myself. Also, the pars marked on the placards are too high. There are no holes above 525 feet. A par 4 is generally 500+. (This is not really a con. It's just odd how high the pars are marked)

Other Thoughts:

It's a lovely area and a very nice walk in the park. I will certainly come back here and play again.

Fun in the Pines 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 2, 2007 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Lots (and I mean lots) of technical shots. Some very heavily treed holes. Also... several bunker style walls to shoot over or around. Some of the pines are heavily battle scarred from the rip of a solid driver. Also though, several holes in the meadow with the ability to grip and rip. I love this course..... BUT...

Cons:

At least when I played the course was very inadequately marked. Go to white mountains online and print off the map... this will make things easier.

Other Thoughts:

This was the first place I learned to play disc golf, and it is a fun time!
