Pros:
Brand new course. Mostly flat, maintained woods. Tees are very well marked, fairways cleanly marked with wood chips and gravel. Ninth hole is probably the most interesting, a break from the flat wooded style, featuring a downhill launch to the last basket. Scorecards and pencils available at the first tee!
Cons:
Not much variety here: first eight holes are very similar. Course is set adjacent to a paved nature walk: there could be hikers in your way at busier times. Course is "officially" open only to people staying at the resort.
Other Thoughts:
Nice, clean course for beginners, but probably not interesting enough to seek out if traveling from a distance.
