New beginner course 2+ years

Pros:

- Signage
- Parking
- Clean play- no serious rough/ivy. Should be playable year-round
- Good for teaching someone to play, kids, families

Cons:

- Very short, and completely open so it has no use for experienced players, but that's not what it's for.
- May be wet when raining/snow melting

Other Thoughts:

This is a beginner course, an open short putter toss for most.
