Pros:
- Great Baskets
- Technical and challenging
- Good variation in fairway shapes and sizes
- Technical and challenging

Cons:
- Some of the holes have no clear fairway, a tree or two could be removed to reduce the fairway splitting
- Most of the pins can be reached with a putter unfortunately another pitch and putt course.
- Overgrown and no organized group to clean it up, will probably get pulled eventually.
- Los of beer cans and garbage litter the place

Other Thoughts:
Should have kept it simple and made it a 9 hole course and used some of the natural fairways that existed on the property from the start.
