This will probably be a dumb thread but I wonder if people have little secrets or nifty info about their home courses.

I'll start it off.

@ North Asheboro the vending machine by the shelter often gives you an extra Powerade.

my course has a senile old woman who lives across the street and will sneak up on you and grab your butt when you aren't paying attention. she is a ninja.

The Redwood Curtain in Humboldt has 6 hidden holes that branch off of the back 9... those in the know get to go.

There are a couple of courses here in So Cal that have extra holes that only the locals know about ...

... Whittier Narrows has 9 extra holes northeast of the main course

... Oak Grove had two extra holes that went around the restroom building at the north end of the course, They come and go ...

That's all I can think of right off the bat ...

Hole 12 at ZBoaz has a second pro tee that's further back, elevated, and by the train tracks. Most of the regulars know about it, but casual players would never know it existed.

I know where all of the baskets and tee pads are to all 18 holes, trust me that is a secret in and of its self.

Lady lives at hole 13's teepad at Flat Rock Park, she never gets in the way.

Also I know every single hyzer route on that course, come play,i will show you.

Creek Ridge has a few "off the beaten path" areas where edible wild mushrooms grow en masse. :)

A family spread their Grandpa's ashes under a tree to the side of hole 2s fairway. Despite it being a year later their are still remnants of the pile of ash under that tree. We always curse or thank "grandpa" for our bad/good shots on that hole.

Theres a memorial/gravestone way off in the woods to the left of fairway 13 at Nockamixon....apparently a suicide...spooky thing is its surrounded by thorns and bushes but somehow someone puts flowers there......I doubt any discs could ever get there but its over there if u shank one bad enough

The is a stick I hid in a hole on #8 at our local course. And I laugh when people trip over it. The second one is not a secret...just funny.

Oh and the church and area across the way has an old graveyard that was for slaves. I thought that was weird moving down from the north. Of course this is Texas so...couldn't be that old.

jordan Creek hole 14 is known by old timers as the Sole Hole as it was once a dump filled with old shoes and sneakers......sometimes in conversation you will hear an older player mention the "Soul Hole" but its actually the "Sole Hole"

Tinicum has a local secret tee for hole 5 thats close to basket 4 and alleviates the senseless walk back to the actual tee 5

Off in the brush to the left of basket 18 at Terrace Creek there are rocks situated in a grave-like manner.

There is a 19th tee that plays to one of the practice baskets at El Dorado park in Long Beach, Ca.
