i would say just use blue dye and let it sit for a while to darken...lol....ive only experimented with black though...so im not 100% sure on this...i just fool around with dyeing when i get bored on a rainy day, and have yet to experiment with 2+ colors.... hippiediscdude or Oregondiscs would prolly be some of the best people to ask for tips

I really chewed hard on saying something about the level of ignorance and close mindedness of your statement. But I find it impossible to say nothing. The answer goes to the heart of our political situation of today.

That flag does not represent what you have been programmed to believe. It does not represent people who want to bring back slavery or bigotry of any kind. At the heart of the issue was the vast majority of southern people, only a tiny few actually owned slaves and many had already freed them, who just wanted to be left alone to determine their own lives without government interference. They viewed the war of Northern Aggression as any one would and should when someone tries to take or control what is not theirs to take or control.

All they wanted was the right guaranteed by the constitution and given by God to freely choose how to live THEIR lives. Its called self determination. Much the same thing is going on today.

It is not the job of the federal government to pick you up when you fall. It is yours. If you strap that responsibility on the federal government you are really strapping it on the shoulders of each person in this country. Most of which are doing all they can to support themselves let alone being forced by the threat of having all they own being taken away or imprisoned if they do not participate. We called that being involuntarily volunteered when I was in the military.

Any way before this rant gets to long make sure you understand what you are taking about before you spout off. Your personal page shows your age as 24. Until you have lived and survived for a bunch of years on your own so you can understand some things keep it to yourself!

Sorry gang some things just burn me up.

When you are discriminated against because of the color of your skin, your sexual orientation, or religion, then you can come back and talk to me. I personally have been attacked by folks flying this flag, so until that happens to you and you know all the facts don't talk about what I think, and you are correct, I do think I am better than racist bigots.

well lets see, you cant say blacks treat whites the same as they do fellow blacks, whether you think so or not there is just as much discrimination there as there is whites to blacks....and i lived in utah for a couple years and being baptist instead of mormon i was strongly discriminated against, all bc i didnt believe in the same things they did...as far as discrimination goes, i see where youre coming from, now i know i havent been through as much or as bad of things as you have.....but dont come walkin in here with thinking your owed more respect just because you've been through all that.....im sorry for whatever youve been through, you dont deserve it, NO ONE DOES!! but why use the generalization that the south as a whole is ignorant.....i know there are still many people in the south that still hold strong racial opinions, trust me i know i was raised in east texas, but that doesnt mean we are all like that...

i think everything would be a little bit better if the south would lose the predjudice and the north would lose the generalizations
