The website def. needs a face lift. It looks like it was built with a template and as was stated earlier is WAY to busy looking.

BTW, eBay is NOT blocked on my work computer.

Not sure why your computer would be blocked AndyJB? First I've heard of that issue. What is it saying and I may be able to help you.

Thank you for your feedback anborn. I agree with the background, it does seem a little busy. The design is very similar to eBay minus the multi billion dollar price tag. Findind an auction script to cover the bases was very difficult. As we go I can adjust features and options to fit our members needs. Hope everyone checks it out and enjoys it.

discbids also have the option to enable many more useful features like want it ads, classifieds, trades etc. As with anything new thing I expect criticism and site issues. I want the current user base to be comfortable using whats available now before I enable more features.

Just do some kind of gradient for now, you'll see better site performance as well without those tiles

Surprised to see any complaints about the site look and feel. You guys LOOK at the sites you're buying from? There's some god-awful ugly sites out there who are popular retailers on this forum.

I'm part of the majority here. "Meh" and "Why not just use the MP or Ebay?" Not that I use either one, but I would long before I'd use that site.

Not sure what site you were on that showed fees but, it was not discbids. If you sell a $50 dollars disc your will be charged nothing! The site is FREE!

Some people here seem concerned about who I am, my history and credibility when it comes to disc golf and auctions in general.

My name is Matt Bentz Pdga# 40334 I've been around disc golf for 20yrs and a seller on eBay mcbentz(523) 100% for 8yrs. Most of you may know me as the creator of Dollar Disc Golf Auctions on Facebook which currently has 2500 members.

If anybody has any questions about discbids, please ask. Nothing about discbids is a secret and I want members to be comfortable when using the site.
