Has anyone tried the 300s Mids? How do they fly compared to their 400 counterpart? I feel like the M3 would be more stable because the plastic is a bit harder, and flatter on top.

Much like every premium vs less premium (didn't want to say baseline) plastic, the composition of the plastic should make more difference than dome and firmness.

I haven't tried a 300S mid, but I have tried the PA2 in both 300S and 400S. The 400S is a little beefier as exected. The 300S plastic is so amazingly grippy in that mold, I'm in love.

For reference, I'm not throwing them further than 250'.

I have a M4 in 300. I actually prefer that plastic over the 400 for my mids. For me, i just had a better grip on it. Not saying i took my 400 M4 out. i still bag it and use it under certain conditions.

If the 300s m2 is still plenty stable I could easily see people cycling through them like rocs.

judging from my conversations with Greenwell I think this is apart of the plan in the design.

In Innova terms
300S -> Pro
400S -> Champ but way gummier and grippier
400G -> Opaque Champ
750S(?) -> Star but supposedly super expensive to produce

Hmm so you would consider the 300 to be like pro plastic? Is the durability pretty similar or is it too soon to tell..

I havent bought any prodigy in 300 plastic, but i may try the m3 in 300. It would be nice if the local store wasnt selling 300 plastic for the same price as 400s and 400g (15.99)

Personally the 400g kinda just seems like a more grippy star.

The PA1 and PA2, yes. The PA4, no.

The 300S PA2 reminds me of the first P-PD I got, which is the nicest pro plastic I've handled. Super grippy and firm(ish) but not stiff. Perfect blend in my opinion. The PA1 is a little less grippy, and the PA4 feels more like 400S/G than it does 300S.

I haven't thrown a 300S PA4 but have thrown both a PA1 and PA2 in it. They both take some battle damage, but they have also stopped showing any more after the first few rounds. I only carry the PA2 of those now, and I haven't noticed any difference in flight yet despite it definitely looking like it's been thrown a fair amount.

i feel like the 300 is more similar to gateway stiffer base plastic. maybe somewhere between S and M. (hahahaha...)

just pa4 and pa2

Are the 300S PA4's in your area the same material as the PA2's?

seems like it. i would say theyre at least really close to each other.

I may have to have you pick one up for me to try then. The ones around here don't seem to be close to the same plastic.

i always love an excuse to fondle plastic. tell me what you are looking for and i can always try.
