I agree with this. I like Feldberg but he has some excuses. He had to interrupt Jamie a bunch of times to explain why he missed a putt, etc.

Yeah he's an awesome player, and I like watching him play. And I liked his commentary for the most part, but I'd rather not hear him talk about himself.

I'll say this, with no intentions or motives, about the round coverage videos.

Though it's easier said than done, try not to read too much between the lines or make detailed assumptions one way or another about any of the pros involved. Remember these videos are edited for time. I have lots of footage of lots of pros that could help and/or hurt reputations. However since we are basically the only source of disc golf news/entertainment (like my subtle ESPN reference?) I try to approach it with a mindset to protect the game, because there's no checks and balances (i.e. other outlets/networks/etc.).

So, suffice to say that all the top players are like us, human. They all have their shining moments and their less than stellar behaviors. Speculation is fun, and the point of the forums, I get that...just try not to put too much weight into assumptions

Good point. I wasn't there, so my post above has assumptions in it, as noted in the disclaimer I put at the end.

Anyway...Thanks for your work on all those Japan videos. I liked them!

I too have a lot of film that would shock & dismay! But I respect the players & the situation they are in so you will not generally see this in the final edit. I understand only too well that it is not so easy to look your best when performing at your worst! I try not to take it personally!

I just like to think on the bright side and try to see the best in people. I don't try to pick out everyone's flaws..just not a fun way to go about life.

I saw it as being honest. He called himself out basically. "I knew I was out of bounds here, but I pleaded my case a little just because someone else got that call their way earlier". Sounds pretty honest to me, calling himself a liar basically.

I'll have a bunch of FPO stuff on my channel soon. 2014 Masters Cup last 2 days, and Glass Blown Open last 2 days. I have 2013 Masters Cup FPO up already if she hasn't seen that yet.

No FPO coverage other than live tweeting from Japan, sorry.

I've been getting more messages about coverage for the ladies, so as a blanket response I'll say to everyone that it's something that we want as well. It's not something that we intentionally leave out or avoid, it's just a simple matter of resource allocation. We are building the SpinTV juggernaut from scratch, and truthfully we've only just begun to scratch the surface of what we can do. There are many things we want to expand and add to our repertoire, but we have to go about this methodically to build our brand for the long term.

Boom, nailed it. Also, all his talk of how little time he spends practicing and how rarely he plays is him saying "could you imagine if I was really trying?"

Truthfully the answer is neither. We do need more cameras, but when that time comes the current coverage format will change in favor of a more engaging production.

not only did I not mind the soundtrack, I appreciated it. The sounds of the game are still audible, and it gives the video some continuity... Great coverage, not a missed shot and good angles for what you were working with(trees). Thanks for going through all the work.
