I have been a critic in the past.... but todays coverage has been very professional and quite enjoyable. I'm glued to it. Kudos to your entire operation. Just thought it needed to be said.

(crap, I hope i didn't just "nice" the coverage)

I'll check it out thanks for mentioning! Is it bad to say "nice"? Cuz sometimes I throw a nice shot and then people tend to be like- "nice" or maybe even "nice shot". At which point I'm usually pretty pumped.

What did I miss lol?

"nice-ing" is when someone says nice shot before your shot has completed and is then followed by your disc hitting a tree

Completely agree. I was working today, let's just say I'm glad I am remote my productivity was zero! Great coverage congrats to the three time champ mcbeast!

It was pretty dang fun watching McBeth come from behind.

Especially live.

It had the necessary components to make it thrilling to watch.

What's the old ESPN line?

"The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat."

That's from ABC's(?) Wide World of Sports from the 1960's.

Pretty good coverage. I thought the commentary was fine. You're not going to get much better for the price. Would not be easy to do.

I did roll my eyes a couple times at crazy, but I like that. Video coverage was ok. However, for being free, this was above nd beyond

I thought it was excellent. I even liked crazy.

How many spectators did they end with? Something like 5000?!

I think they had 52,000 total combined during all of worlds before the final 9. What does that compare to in the past?

This week was my first time tuning in to a DGPTV broadcast, and I was impressed throughout by the quality of coverage. Watching the playoff LIVE in 720p on the living room TV was pretty cool as well. Beats YouTube eleven times out of ten.

Crazy needs to go. he made up so many words :|

SCHULE DOES NOT MEAN ROUGH....ever'

Crazy has not been too bad, although he could obviously improve some. This whole whiny attitude about him so many people have bugs me. And in Disc Golf (for whatever reason I don't know) Schule absolutely does mean rough. It's used over and over by tons of people.

If schule isn't rough, then what is it? The only time I have ever heard the term is in disc golf and in reference to bushes, shrubs, long grass, weeds, etc on the edges of fairways.

As far as Crazy, I think he does alright most of the time (live commentary can be difficult). What he could do better at is letting the moment breathe. He has a tendency to want to fill every moment of the broadcast with banter when there's often no real reason to keep talking. And in his quest to not have any quiet moments in the broadcast, he tends to do one of two things...he gets very repetitive (how many times does he have to remind us we're watching DGP.tv through the wonders of the interweb?) or he tries too hard to be colorful and diverse in his descriptions and ends up struggling to find words and rambles instead.

It's probably impossible for him (they don't call him Crazy for nothing) but if he dialed it back from 11 to about 6, maybe 7, he'd be great.

Perfect analysis, and without being overly critical. I like it.

Thats my opinion as well. Crazy needs somebody with him. My favorite combo was Crazy and Billy in 2012. I thought they fed well off each other. Crazy by himself is rough and Greenwell is extremely bland
