Tern... Both Starlite when I have tons of room to work with and Champion for more HSS lines.

It was funny to see it mentioned multiple times on page one, too

There are 33, make it 34 now, replies to this thread for the Tern. I didn't count for how many were actually "votes" for it, but I think that the volume of responses says a lot.

And to update my answer, my Starlites are around 150g and my Champs are around 163g.

So I picked up a tern and a sorcerer and got to throw each once... They have potential but I need to get some real throws in this weekend and compare them to my others...

FWIW, I replaced my Terns with the Sorcerer. Similar flight and glide (Sorcerer has a bit stronger finish when new) but the Sorcerer just felt better in my hand.

Mine got beat today, doing field work the Ape is still the most consistently long but my single longest throw was with a Liquid Reign. Went about 475 with no wind. Longest is a wind aided 147 Bliz Ape, but for no wind it was a shot. Especially considering I'm usually closer to 425 on the course.

I prefer how the Scorcerer's feel to the terns as well. Most good throwing terns are domey.. All Scorcerer's I've seem so far have been flat. I've only got a few throws on a 172 champ tern and it was pretty close in flight. The scorcerer has a little more of a fade which I think is a good thing. Great distant potential with either.

Currently a toss up between my gold line Saint and my Havoc, with a good tailwind pushing it the havoc. But for straight out standard conditions the saint is more consistent, my havoc is VERY flippy at times not the easiest to control. Might toss in my World for headwinds if I hit the right line it goes for days.

It can almost be construed as a bead... Not really a bead though

Chowee, a bead is the rounded lip at the bottom of the rim. Feel up a Roc and you'll know what a bead is. The Tern just has a steep portion of the wing. I know what you were getting at but don't call it a bead or you'll ruffle some people's feathers.

But back on topic, my longest FH disc lately has been the Space Shuttle Deco Dye Halo at 164g. It just flat out bombs on the cleanest FH release of any disc I have ever thrown. I know a lot of people didn't really gel with the + rim but for whatever reason it seems to be perfectly suited to my FH style. And it sure is purty!!

Orc. I was able to get a nicer S-turn and a bit more distance from my nephews star Wraith.. Might be picking one of those up soon.
