Funniest/weirdest thing you've seen on the course

I was playing my home course today (Timber Lane, Spring, TX) and I was walking up to my shot, and I saw an animal jaw bone on the ground. About 10ft away, I saw this, right in the middle of the fairway:

Yea, I think its part of the pit bull that someone tried to bury out there a few months ago. There is also part of a dead cat out there on the #9 fairway. I guess people bury their pets out there.

Almost forgot to post this, but today on hole 3 at Morley, I joined a group and one of the players drives goes big (bout a 350+ toss), but in the wrong direction. It hooked towards the street, where it proceeded to hit a moving vehicle. It hit the windshield of an old Ford truck, cracking it badly and then the disc tumbled in to the truck bed. The driver of the truck stopped a few yards down the road and the player went over to apologize. The driver gave his disc back and said to not worry about the damage. He would have his insurance cover it. The player was on his second round and was so bummed he had just did that, so he left for the day...

I say call it a lucky shot.

Truck ACE FTW!!!!

When 1st playing in Kennewick WA in early '90s had 18th hole along road in park. Drove 188gm Pheonix into tree above road as really nice looking 'Vette was coming by. Fell, thought would land on hood and I would get stomped. Instead, fell right in front of hood and went under both driverside tires. Went and grabbed disc, no damage but had tire tread marks from monster meat tires that lasted as long as i had the disc. Lost by friend in river @ same course years later.

Took this at Sawyer Park a few months ago. Hole #9. Obviously this course gets used a lot...

That basket has been stolen, and is causing quite the turmoil...

You should post this on the local boards!

Really?! wow, everytime I've gone there the fuzz has been sitting in the parking lot. Its sad that that happened, but there isn't enough traffic on that course to keep that from happening. In all seriousness those baskets should go back to Basil.

That's the current topic of "discussion" right now. Either that, or put practice baskets at every course.

I found a can of Sardines in Mustard Sauce that had expired in June of last year, in the basket of hole 14 at recreation park in bryan oh yesterday at lunch. I went back to work and made a sardine and mustard sandwich.

Watched a bum outwit a prostitute during night golf once. Snatched his dollars out of her hand as soon as he busted a nut. That stinky fella could run.

First time I ever played disc golf, we go to Lewisville lake in Lewisville TX and there is a dude with a pull cart, used for golf, with what looks like a cd visor that you would find in your car to store cds on the visor. It was attached to the side of the pull cart where a golf bag would go. He would throw then pull the cart to the next spot. Classic. Also on the same day we go across town to Leonard Woods park and a friend of mine tees off and a kid down by the playground decides to pick up his driver. I screamed at the kid to put it back and he did. I guess he thought it was raining free plastic or something. Great adventures your first time out.

How did that work out for you?

It isn't funny nor wierd, but it does raise an eyebrow...
Two weeks ago, at an undisclosed course... :p I seen one guy suckerpunch another right in the mouth. The guy who got hit turned, spit out a little blood, and shook it off. The guy who made the hit got a major infection, was admitted, and had surgery on his hand. He's missed two weeks of work.
